• RK Cars request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any online bookings. If you would like to book a car with less than 48 hours notice - Please call our help-line - +44 (0)1763 209020.
• RK Cars accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.
• All online bookings are not accepted until confirmed by email .
• The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
• Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior of a vehicle whilst being transported and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
• We reserve the right to invoice a client for 100% of any minimum invoice within 24hours or less notice given for a cancellation of a booking.
• We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
• RK Cars maintain a non-smoking policy in all of its vehicles.
• By supplying your email address you permit RK Cars to contact you via email.
